You need to tell the costomers that they need to make the room that is being carpeted to be clear and sanitary or there will be a service charge imedditly add this in "Public notice on our valued costomers due to a high increase in buisness we need to be speddy make sure your room that is being carpeted is clear and sanitary or there will be a service charge" (add a yellow sad face) this tells costomers that if its not clean its sad and theyu will ahve to pay but still keeps your cotomers! sort of subliminal but not try hasmat suits or amke estamtes and charge high on unsanitary hjouses

He should try to stick it out. Carpet laying generally requires some training - at $15/hour he can probably still learn more and then make more. Maybe it's just been a bad run of houses - there are plenty of houses without all that gross stuff. Maybe switching to a different company would help (different clientel). At any rate, if he really doesn't like it and wants to quit, he should get another job lined up first so you don't have to worry so much about money.

Yes! All jobs have their good and bad, but all jobs are not for everybody. I've worked partly as a janitor sometime, and a janitors job sounds much better than what he is doing right now. And there are plenty of other jobs out there (depends on where you live tho) He could be working as a security guard and be earning more. So, he should quit and start job hunting. Im sure he'd find another place in a day or so. Its usually hard to find another job when he is still stuck up with a job already.

Look Every job got it's good & bad stuff
besides it is a useful job in life ,he is doing things to help people (even he do take money).
And there is always a way to prevent getting diseases , It's just can he stand the disgusting stuff of the job.
besides he can make his own rules like (No ceaning pigs... Etc)
It's all about is he Useful in life or not.
and he could quit when he find a better job ofcourse.

Well maybe he should go take more schooling to further advance his skills so he can make more money, and at the same time, if you do not have a job right now, you should consider getting a job too, which would take some pressure off him making all the income into the family, but i dont know your situation, so thats what i can suggest :S

He should quit doing the dirty work himself and get someone else to do it for him, he can open his own carpet laying business and hire some help so he can do more houses than if he did it by himself. Like you said, he makes good money from it, so why completely abandon that line of business? He just needs good management skills.

It sounds like he is fed up with working in filth and I don't blame him. Instead of quitting, he can look for another job and continue to lay carpet until he finds one. This way, he'll still be making money so you won't be broke.

Could he be a supervisor at one of those jobs? Be even better if he could tell others how to do the work so he didn't have to.

Other than that, he either gets another job somewhere or you do. Gotta have the dough to live on.

tell him that you support any decision he wants to make as it concerns him and you can try to find something pt to help out between jobs and talk about it with a doctor what he can catch from working under those bad conditions it might be wise to get a tetanus shot

no he should not quit coz all jobs have their good and bad side if it is diseases you are scared about let him use protective wear, gloves, overalls, gumboots e.tc.here chances are he will be guarded against diseases and likelihood of being infected is low and if by bad luck he got a disease, what a doctors for? the money will be there.
