Used to be clear laquer was the way to go. But now two part enamals paint and hardner really are much more durable. Tricky to spray on and when the paint flashes (meaning it levels) and becomes glossy stop spraying. Most new cars have enamal last coats.

Agnostics realise that they do not know with 100 percent certainty whether a god exists or not. Some agnostics (commonly referred to as "militant agnostics" or "hard agnostics") claim that it is impossible to know whether a god exists or not. Agnosticism only refers to what you know. What you believe is independent from this, so it's possible to be an agnostic theist (believing, but realising that one doesn't actually know with 100 percent certainty) or agnostic atheist (ditto, but not believing in any god or gods). Atheists lack a belief in any deity. That is all. Some atheists believe that no god(s) exist, others are content with accepting that there is no evidence, thus no reason to believe. It's the same kind of logic that we apply every day to things like Bigfoot or The Flying Spaghetti Monster: If you can't show me the evidence, there's no reason why I should believe you.

I do not understand what you are painting inside the car...is it plastic or metal --whatever it is.. One thing I can tell you is laquer cannot be sprayed oveer enamal. Enamal will cover lauer.
