If we choose to not use our genitalia for its natural purpose - i.e. procreation - what does this mean?

Can we accept it as being the norm for not choosing to use what was given to us to use by nature? For example, homosexuality. However, if one suffers from infertility and thus cannot procreate, what does this mean? If one argues that homosexuals are useless by nature since they choose to have gay sex, it can be argued that a person who suffers from infertility, too, are useless. Or anyone in general who chooses not to have children.

Is our purpose in life to procreate, hence our genetilia ?

No, dear. How can it be purposeful to procreate if this is all there is? The result of the procreation would be a child whose purpose again is to procreate with the meaning that the result of the procreation, so a new person, again procreates. It is stupid as it would be utterly empty and meaningless. If this would be the purpose in life all men who procreated could just die as they are mainly useless then. Yes and all the sick or childless or gay people would be useless too and the old people or menopausal. We could just make camps and breed people and when they did their part discharge them.

We live to develop our spirit our human essence and to achieve that we need this experience here on earth and our purpose is also to give to this world as much good as we can.
Procreation is only the means to prepare an earthly body for the incarnation of a human soul. But the purpose for our life lies in the development of our eternal soul and not concerning our short lived body, which we only use here on this earth during this short period of our development.
There would be no meaning at all to procreate in service to a body to live and die for no reason at all.

We are not here to procreate, but create. But, people are at different spiritual levels of awareness.

Most people have children automatically and thoughtlessly. Not all people who incarnate purposely, choose to have children - even when physically capable, while others have a strong sense of wanting children and it is a part of their purpose.

Don't assume it is your purpose just because you can reproduce. You are NOT your body, nor your thoughts or feelings. YOU are the OBSERVER of them. Notice how you respond to the world around you and you'll re-cognize who you are - what you love, what interests you and stimulates your mind. Pursue it.

Genitalia is the location of spiritual energy & procreation. procreation is lower in nature. Wise men prefer Higher Self.

Purpose refers to why we are here and what we are supposed to do. A real purpose in life can only come from God.

Evolution cannot give purpose because evolution is a mindless natural process just like weather, for example. Evolution can no more give us purpose than a rainstorm can give purpose to a raindrop.

We wouldn't be here without sex but that doesn't mean our purpose is to have sex of any sort.

If you're asking about purpose, you have to seek God and seeking God is our real purpose.
