Research the supplement niacin. Never use the no flush only the fast release type. Research this. It works on the same principle as prescription (dangerous) statins.

Also, research the term ketogenic diet. Don't eat fat free. Eat sugar free. Fat you consume has absolutely nothing to do with cholesterol levels. It is the sugar you consume that raises them. Research a ketogenic diet.

And most people believe cholesterol has little to do with heart disease. What were your triglycerides? They are the most important component of the blood test.

Thyroid disease is one of the most common health problems we face today. From a practical standpoint, there are many ways to approach this issue. Learn here https://tr.im/lrRtb

Hypothyroidism, or underactive thyroid, is a very common problem, and there are many reasons for this, including drinking chlorinated and fluoridated water, and eating brominated flour.

Chlorine, fluoride, and bromine are all in the same family as iodine, and can displace iodine in your thyroid gland.

Secondly, many people simply aren't getting enough iodine in their diet to begin with. The amount you get from iodized salt is just barely enough to prevent you from getting a goiter.

Switch to a diet that is LOW in saturated fat and high in whole grains (such as oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, and whole wheat breads).

Garlic has been used to help reduce cholesterol, but I believe that finding is currently in question.
