i have irregular periods...i have pcos....the first test i took had a faint 2nd line..then i took another test about 20 mins later to be sure but no 2nd line...so i need to know when to take the next test...i cant wait days! we have been trying for 4 years and are anxious please help!

wait a few days, not hours. hours won't change anything, so you'll probably just be wasting a test. make sure you take it AFTER you've missed a period. i know it's stressful, and you want to know, but you just need to be patient. good luck.

Hi normally u should wait at least 2 days as ur hgc level should have risen.I don't want to upset you but the first test you done was most likely negative,it would have been a evaporation line.Go on peeonstick.com it will give you all the advice you need.Good luck

The best time to take a HPT is with your first morning wee as this has the highest concentration of the hormone the test is trying to detect. Generally wait until your period has skipped, then test. If your pregnant it will show as you will have the hormone. If its negative then you probably aren't as you don't have the special hormone in your system.

definetly take it first thing in the morning whenever you decided to do it. The morning is always best.

I'm sorry you feel you can't wait DAYS, but you need to.
Give your body TIME to do what it should.
Retest in a WEEK!
