not me. even though some of the stories are good it doesnt bother me or i dont think of a character another way. maybe because its not the real storyline im not sure but i see it as fake(funny since all fiction is fake haha)
like in star wars where they bring Darth Maul back to fight Darth Vader...even though a good story and a great idea i just never adopted it into my belief that Darth Maul would fight him because some dark users broght him back to life...after all Darth Maul only listened to Darth Sideous.
but what about you does it affect your perception?

No because it's not real. Fanfictions are usually things people write because they wish they were in the story, or otherwise do not like what the original author wrote. *Or* they might just be bored.
