If by that you mean what I think you do, I have the ultimate pair of GS feet right now lol. I went to town yesterday, the day before, and the day before that, three of the hottest days we've had this year so far. I had a lot of other stops to make, but made every grocery store too. They all were advertising something in their flyers that I didn't want to miss out on.
When I got home last night at the end of the third day's session, all I wanted to do was sit down with a bowl of soothing footcare stuff, and soak the fire out of my poor ole "plates o'meat". But by the time I'd checked all that load of stuff and put it away, it was time to get supper, and I ended up after that just falling into bed. Ahh, but this morning, right after breakfast, my feet are going to get the best pampering they've had in a long time.
Do the people who work in those grocery supermarkets come home every evening like that? I can't believe they do. They seem to always be so smiling and friendly, I think they must have "superfeet"!

If grocery store feet are what MG says, then no... I do go barefoot everywhere, all the time, but my feet don't look like that. They may get dusty and dirty on the soles but since feet are fully washable it always comes off at home. In spite of common myths, going barefoot is quite healthy! Feet get very tough very quickly and especially if you're barefoot all the time, the soles aren't crusty or cracked, it's more of a leathery toughness.

Grocery store feet is urban slang for crusty, dirty, ashy feet. that looks like you've been walking barefoot across a dirty parking lot all day. No, I don't usually have grocery store feet, too dangerous to walk around in public with some sort of foot protection.

specific -- (sturdy morning) -- that's what the bottoms of your ft appear as if once you have been strolling around barefoot in a food market. food market flooring have a tendency to hold at the same time dirt, and that's continually somewhat damp in there, so your ft get black with dirt on the bottoms only approximately perfect away. that's not biggie, kinda looks dramatic, and it continually washes off with cleansing soap and water. ;)

Me... tough, leathery, dirty feet!
I think that the bottoms of my feet are actually somewhat permanently grass and dirt stained during the summer.
During the winter, though, they are fairly clean.
