I'm not really sure, he's just really powerful.
Everyones death was really sad, but especially Lupin, Tonks, Dobby and Hedwig.
The 19 years later bit was good, although a little cheesy. Everyone was married! JK has obviously never heard of single parents or divorce or anything. If you do the maths, it works out that that bit is set quite a way future and the rest of the book is set in 1997. Maybe divorce etc doesn't exist in the future.
Hermione and Ron - there were clues all the way so yeah, it was obvious.

I've only read the book once but I don't think it was completely explained how Voldemort could fly - but he is a very powerful wizard so I guess it's just something very powerful wizards can do.
For me, Mad-eye Moody's death was the saddest.
I loved him the moment I read about him in the book and loved him even more when I saw the film.
I hate how his death was done - He went so early, was barely mentioned and they never found his body to give him a proper burial or anything.
The 19 years later thing was a bit, overly sweet for me. I mean, everyone seemed to be married and had kids with their first love!
Hermione and Ron was an obvious thing but I didn't really mind it.

Voldemort is the 2nd most powerful wizard in the world i bet Dumbledore could've flown to he he wanted too.
Whose Death was saddest... Tonks and Lupin i think. They were married and had a child. There whole lives were in front of them. But sadly they died.
The ending? The epilogue was so vague and annoying that i loved it. The scene was just perfect it great. Going to King's Cross with his kids and the Severus comment. The scene wrapped up the series beautifully.
The other ending you may be talking about seemed to be the graveyard except this time Harry knew what he was doing. He planned and was clever. None of us saw it coming that omg?!?! He is the master of the Elder Wand?!?!?! But the Exspelliarmus, Avada Kedavra deflection hits him dead was a little well its not much to go on. I was looking for some triumph that amazed people it would be a story to remember. But its bit off its mark.
Hermione and Ron were obvious from uhhh..... the 3rd book i want to say? But this time it was enormous. Ron comforting her. Complimenting her we all saw this coming. ( hopefully ) And for those who didn't she made it painfully obvious.

Like the others said--Voldemort could fly b/c he was the most powerful wizard.
Whose death-Dobbys. Partly b/c the other deaths were overlooked. I mean Harry walked in and noticed that Remus and Tonks were dead but we didn't SEE them die. We didn't have a fight scene and we didnt even know what was happening. Same with MadEye, and really same with Crabbe (even though we were there in the room). And Dobby was one I completely didn't see coming, whereas I thought Snapes was predictable.
The ending as in the fight scene with V or the epilogue? I thought the fight scene was horrible. I really did not think this book 7 lived up to the potential. I thought 3 and 5 were far more emotional and better written. The fight scene--we missed everything. I mean I felt like it was a movie and I kept wanting the camera to turn a bit to the right--I wanted to know what was going on with all the characters that we know and love and instead we were chatting to a ghost in the middle of a huge fight! If you mean the epilogue, I thought it was fine. Predictable yes but fine.
Hermione and Ron obvious? Of course. We've been working on the two of them ever since...well since the 2nd book definitely. And really they've been showing interest since the Goblet of Fire so was it obvious--yes. Was there another choice--no. After all--he did read that book. Had Ron never had the nerve to ask her out it would have been lacking, kinda depressing, b/c it would have been 19 years later--Ron taps Hermione on the shoulder, she turns and he starts to ask her out but instead asks her if he can copy another essay. She looks at him funny.
Though to me the biggest shocker was that she allowed Ron, Hermione and Harry all to drop out of school. I thought in some way she was going to make them reenroll or still take final exams or SOMETHING. I didn't think she could have 3 dropouts in the Weasley family and/or all 3 of her main characters be high school dropouts.

Voldemort has attained magic that no other wizard ever has, because he has ventured deeper into the dark magic than anyone so his ability to fly came with this knowledge.
In my opinion Snape's death was the most tragic as he was the Hero of the Harry Potter series, his sad, love story about his feelings for Harry's mother Lily from childhood was truly a surprise and very touching! and his loyalty to Dumbledore was remarkable! He risked his very life being an agent for Dumbledore.
The epilogue was too short and very lackluster, after all after 7 books, JK Rowling should have spent alot more time on the lives of all of them after "Voldemort's death"
I always thought Ron and Hermoine would end up together after seeing both of their reactions to Hermoine reaching out for Ron's hand when they are watching Harry being introduced to "Buckbeak" in the Prisoner of Azkaban, she also puts her head tenderly on Ron's shoulder to cry when they think "Buckbeak" is executed, in the same movie. There are also many other small gestures that kind of signal that they "fancy" one another if you really pay attention in both the books and the movies!

Voldemort can fly maybe because he can master the power from the broomsticks or his soul has changed so much because of the horcruxes he is like a ghost. Maybe Dumbledore could fly too but he did'nt want to because he planned his death.
I think Hedwigs death was the saddest because he has been at Harry's side since the first book and we saw his death early on whereas the other deaths were after a lot of action.
If you mean by the ending the "19 years later" bit then I thought that totally ruined the entire novel, it was so cheesy! How everybody conveniently married each other and lived happily ever after. I reckon Rowling did it to try and tie up the series.
Ron and Hermione wasn't expected I thought but it was still cringeworthy and made me want to tear the chapter out!

1) Because he is very powerful and probably just used Wingardium Leviosa along with a speed spell.
2) Lupin and Tonks death where the saddest as they left another orphaned baby behind them.
3) The ending was brilliant, well worked and well written.
4) I thought Hermione and Ron was very obvious, just surprised they didnt get together in book 5 after Krum in book 4.

* I'm not entirely sure how Voldemort can fly
* Hedwig's and Dobby's deaths were the saddest then Lupin's and Tonks' coz they just had a lil baby boy
* The ending was quiet a twist - I thought that they were going to kill off Harry for sure
* Yes - Ron and Hermione were a little too obvious to me - especially Ron - he gave it away
