The minimum wage in Pennsylvania is $5.15 per hour. Only twelve states have a higher minimum wage.

On July 1, 2007, Pennsylvania's minimum wage went to $7.15. It had been $6.25 since the beginning of the year until June 30.

check the labor board and go to any retail location and ask a manager. they have a poster on dispaly in an employee location statining the minimum wage and all the regs.

It is a federal law in all states, $5.85, just went into effect about a month ago.
