why can't we as humans be able to work out all the angles or possibilities of a problem, and then come up with the answer.

why do we mostly always fail to consider some variables which allow or ensure failure

is this due to our juvenile thinking as humans, meaning we still have not operating anywhere close to our comlete potentials

or is it quite simply that as humans we are prone to external influences which we quite simply could not comprehend due to the sheer extreme possibilties that can exist at any one time or for any one situation.

'Variables' should be considered 'mans' worst enemies when it comes to progress, don't you think?

will man ever work out a system where problem solving will become easier since we will be in a position in our time when we will be able to work with all the possible facts.

Until we can monitor every particule and every wave around us there will still be variables.

One man's control is another man's lack of freedom.

Don't you think *variables* make for interesting challenges instead of merely inhibiting progress? Think you're talking about problems relating to humans generally but we just ain't *homogenised* and i'm really grateful for that.

It is possible to make some very accurate predictions based on available evidence but as humans we develop and grow throughout our personal existence and there just ain't a one size fits all module. Why should there be? Who's to judge? There are many paths to enlightenment Grasshopper. =)

We know there are many empirical, universal truths but once you add human nature, variables are guaranteed. Learning to play chess well really enhances ability in this kind of problem solving, just don't worry about perfection.

Absolutely not. Variables exist because we do not have the knowledge to deal with them. They have the effect of constantly testing our knowledge and therefore have the positive effect to learn more. If we knew all the answers we would have no reason to use our minds to explore possibilities and work out outcomes. This would be very destructive to out nature and turn us into vegetables. It would end with one book - the book of knowledge that everyone bought.

until we can use more of our brains (like hawkins) and we barely use 20% i cant seem to think how we can even analyse all the variables to all problems. if we could, wouldnt it be a tad boring and the result too predictable?

man is mans worst enemy when it comes to progress

if we already had all the answers, there would not be any problems to work out, this is the reason why politicians create problems, so that they can then look good when they sort them out
