Go to dells support website, type in your model number, or service tag number that dell put on your laptop, select your Operating System, get your driver.

Why do you need it? I'd be surprised if a driver for such a common laptop wasn't included in Windows XP.
Try going to the device manager (Windows key + break, hardware tab), and finding your NIC. Then unload the driver and reboot. It should install the driver automatically.

choose the specific operation system(os) you use,also the os' language, after that you will see a drivers list showed below,then find the title which show "Broadcom - Driver" ,click "Download Now" and will download the driver.

pass to hp's internet site and obtain the drivers on yet another laptop. reproduction them to a bounce force and then plug the bounce force into your laptop and reproduction those drivers on your laptop and then run the setup document.
