Anyone know if I can do my motorbike license in English on Mallorca? Would the theory/practical be in the same language? And is the A license the Direct Access equivalent, ie. I would be able to drive all categories of motorcycles?
Hope someone can help me with this, because I'm dying to get cruising round this island on a bike!
Saying that, anyone who would like to join me, let me know.

I'm putting in my two cents primarily because you don't seem to be getting any answers. I'm thinking it's because most, like I, don't know where Mallorca is. But I would think the government agency that issues the license could answer your questions. Or another rider on the island who has obtained his license.

Hi sunseeka, I would love to join you but I don't even know where Mallorca is. Can't you check with the local motor vehicles department in Mallorca about license requirements?

A very pretty island. I envy you.
When I was there, it was before I started riding. I saw the sights on foot.

Unfortunately, as a pedestrian over 20 years ago, I never learned their traffic rules.

Get an international license before you go (they are good in all country's other than the one its issued in).

Contact the Spanish embassy for riding information since it is Spain.
