The response given by Bignipps is absolutely correct. It simply means that the manufacturer of your multifunction device i.e., Lexmark, has not paid for Microsoft to test the driver on their Operating Systems.
Undoubtedly, this won't be the first product that you try to install where you'll get exactly the same message.
Just click on allow, or whatever option is given, to continue installation.
Rest assured, this will not cause any problems, though Microsoft don't guarantee this. That's what the certification is all about.

If I were you I would take it back and exchange for an epsom all in 1. There's nothing wrong with installing as, I have a Lexmark all in one(up in my loft)its just the ink for a lexmark is way too expensive. I now have an Epsom which is almost identical to Lexmark and boy have I saved on the ink for this printer as opposed to the Lexmark.

Its fine, just install it. Its just a warning that some of those type files can contain viruses...blah blah blah. If you KNOW you just bought it, and it is from Lexmark, just install it anyway.

just microsoft's way of making your day a bad one, go to lexmark's website and try to find one that is signed if you can't then you have no choice but my advice is to insall it in safe mode and un-install any other printer software first
