Try CPUZ. It will give you the info on your processor, motherboard chipset & BIOS, and details about your RAM modules.

You can know by looking at the serial number. Every part wil have one unique identification and take that one which will be written somewhere on the part or in your bill. Call teh cusotmer care and find out whether it is the new one or not.
