Depends on who the girl is.
If it's your wife........go ahead, (unless she doesn't like it)
If you are a baby and the boobs are your mom's , then go ahead again.
If you are a milkmaid or milk man, go ahead tug away.
But if you are strangers or just friends, or its your friends mom......I would ask permission first.

This is a strange view of right or wrong.
Is it wrong to kill?
Is it wrong to lie?
Is it wrong to steal?
Is it wrong to give people money for nothing?
These acts should not be seen as right or wrong . Rather morality is about the consequence of these actions. This is why the christian religion is dying, it uses a set of rules of behaviour instead of pushing morals.
For example, if you play with a girls breasts it makes here feel good...
If she doesn't want you to do this then it makes her feel bad.
Desire and lustful behaviour can be seen as bad...but foreplay is part of a good married sex life, which is part of family life.
So the answer is yes and no.

That depends on the context, such as who's playing and squeezing with them and where it's being done (in private or in public, etc.) Is someone doing this to you....or are you doing it to them?
