The 80's Twilight Zone theme, especially the part with the "music box" music.
But I think the scariest to me was the 80's Ripley's Believe it or Not theme.
For my sister, it was the Unsolved Mysteries theme...and she was scared of Robert Stack.
As far as regular music, nothing scared me, even the Freddy Nursery Rhyme or Tubular Bells Exorcist music, because they are fake. The Ripley's one was scary cause its all real stories, like that of Elizabeth Bathory. So the Ripley's theme had a cumulative effect of all those creepy stories represented by that one theme song, even though it had its whimsical parts (the frog lifting weights)

I was babysitting when all of a sudden i heard this horrible cackling laugh coming from the kitchen. I c******d my self!
I was convinced that there was a mass murderer in the house with me.
It was only when i was brave enough to enter the kitchen ( weilding an umbrella, i'm hard) that i realised the radio was on.
My two little charges were in fits of laughter.

Sugar by System of a Down. I was small when I first heard the song, and the way he screamed was quite creepy. Also in the video the guy's voice turns all evil.

And this song by The Ohio players. There was a pregnant woman who was killed at the studio in the background and you can hear the screaming towards the end of the song. My mom told me about it...Its pretty eery when you hear it!
