I personally think they are. They seem to only yap about the Bible and Jesus for two reasons. One -- to try and find another way to spread the word of Jesus and Two -- Ratify their own beliefs as some of them don't seem that self confident that their fanatic ways are the best way to go about life.

I am Christian but not religious. I think extreme religion is the root of all evil the way people twist everything around. I don't think that religion what ever one you belong to should be pushed on anyone. Just because people are bible thumpers doesn't mean their way is the right way.

Sorry, but I have to disagree with you on one minor technicality. They are not the most annoying ppl on Y! Answers, they are the most annoying ppl anywhere!
This is a public forum-based e-space to share opinions, not be another salesman for G*d. If you want to do that, go buy your own pulpit and and your own building. I will go out of my way to mess these ppl up if they try any of that around me.
Of course I hate shysters, quacks and used car & insurance salesmen too...

Actually, there is a far more intelligent way of going about it - the fundamentalist is the caricature of Christianity.

I am a christian too & love Jesus very much... but thumping is a no-no to me :-P

Yes. I think a lot of them are hypocrites too. Don't preach if you can't follow what you preach.

i dont have a certain religion, but i dont think their annoying. as i need jesus in my life now......because Yahoo Answers is taking over my life as we speak.any who i believe in heaven and hell, god and satan.
