I don't think it's throw-up since rabbits don't have a gag reflex. It looks more like her rabbit pellets that got wet. Wet with what, I don't know. Maybe her rabbit pellets got wet from water or perhaps she peed in her food dish, although that seems a little strange.
Does she have a litter box? If she doesn't, then you might want to consider getting a litter box. Rabbits can be litter box trained. Actually it's easier to take care of the cleaning if you have a litter box.
If your rabbit seems sick, take her to the veterinarian. Either that or for your own peace of mind, just take her to the vet.
Best wishes!

You have a very nice rabbit. I do hope you know, though, that giving a rabbit a tattoo (such as on its ear) is a little painful for them. Also, another thing that most people don't pay attention to. When breeding rabbits, you should pay attention to how old they are, and what breed they are. That might be why Cotton didn't have children in the first place. If she does get children, I hope they get a good home. Good luck.

OK first of all - rabbits can't vomit, they don't have the mechanism. So it isn't vomit.
It looks like earth to me! Any chance it could be? It doesn't really look like poo and pee mixed together.
Have you seen any normal pellets around at all? Is the rabbit eating? Take him to the vet. You're going to the vet to find out what this stuff IS, not to find out first and then tell the vet what it is! If the rabbit is ill (this stuff could be diarrhoea) then you don't have time to waste on Yahoo Answers, rabbits go downhill much faster than cats and dogs. Go now!

Rabbits can't throw up. It looks like her pellet have got wet (water or wee), and some of her droppings have been mixed in. I have two french lop rabbits and their dark brown food pellets go like that when they're wet. Put some of it in a bag, and take your rabbit, along with the bag to the vet, just in case.
Hope your bunny is alright, mine mean the world to me :)
P.S: It looks like compost, smell it.

Not sure as I can't even tell what is food and what isn't. Just so you know it is definately not vomit because rabbits can't throw up. You should take it to the vet with you. Cover it with glad wrap.

Rabbits can't vomit, so it's not throw up.
It looks like partially degraded poop to me, which means it's also been there a while. I'd venture to say you need to clean your rabbit's cage more often, especially if that's what you're expecting her to eat out of.

Whatever it is, just bag a bit of it in a plastic ziplock bag, and take it to the vet with you... if the vet asks, you can show him/her.
