The yeast infection has irritated the area around your uretha and it is irritated by the urine (like when you get lemon juice in a cut).
Clean really well with baby wipes before you go and maybe try moisturizing the area at other times with KY jelly to help coat it or the cream specifically designed for yeast infection itch.
If you have just done the treatment, the yeast actually become a bit more active before they settle down and the full benefits don't really happen until after about a week.
If it has been a week and you are still having problems, see the doctor because recently there has been a strain of yeast infections that are becoming resistant to some drugs and need something stronger from the Dr.
FYI - with bladder infecitons, you usually get a fever with it

Get tested to see if you have a bladder infection. And contrary to what someone else said, you don't necessarily have a fever with a bladder infection. You can feel perfectly fine except for the burning.
