It depends on which type you have. The banknotes dated 1994 are the only ones that are still valid. All earlier types have been demonetized.

Earlier types would still have some small value as collectibles.

If they are Polish Zlotychs then they may be worth a lot of money.

Try the Post Office - there's no commission - it charges on the rate.
