The most powerful comic villain of all time would have to be Legion Professor Xavier's half son, a psionic more powerful than Phoenix but with a twist, multiple personalities even Magneto who is a Omega level Mutant couldn't stop him, Galactus would be in awe of this individual if they had ever crossed paths.

dr. doom from the fantastic four comics was always a personal favorite of mine. he had plenty of worldly power (dictator of a small country), plus he had the coolest costume and name ever.

movie villain - DR. EVIL!! oh come on.. being hilarious and mean at the same time is already enough to own hannibal lecter..

comic villain - POISON IVY.. i love her! she is awesome and very beautiful. silly robin fell in her because of her seductive aura..
