because i am living here in the Philippines and it has no winter here!!! i love to see snow!!! bwahahahahahah!!!

It is possible, it has happened but it's very unusual.

The average low temps for the Phillipines are in the 70's with February being the coldest month with average lows of 71°F.

Very occasionally temps do drop to near freezing point and sometimes even below freezing (the coldest recorded temp being 26°F). In such conditions it is possible to snow although such events are many years apart.

If you want to see snow the Philippines really isn't the place to be.

Cause it is in the tropics I'm sure their are mountains high enough for snow their though like in Hawaii. I asked some of the people their and they didn't know what winter was though they only see snow on TV. The day after we arrived there it was snowing like crazy at home and in the mid 80's there in the middle of winter. Like I said before it could snow in the high mountain region.

no,it is not possible to have snows in the Philippines because Philippines is located in tropical region. trust me you do not want any snow .it just cold and dirty.

no, because the philippines is in a tropical region and not in a temperate region, which i think explains why florida dosent get any snow either...

Only when there is freak weather, then there will be snow. We got hail once here in Singapore. but that was like one in a billion kind of thing.
