Yes it can give him cancer.
The American Cancer Society estimates that about 1,530 new cases of penile cancer are diagnosed each year and about 280 men will die of penile cancer in 2006. Penile cancer occurs in about 1 man in 100,000 in the United States.
Although penis cancer is very rare in North America and Europe but much more common in some parts of Africa and South America, where it accounts for up to 10% of cancers in men.
Definition of penis cancer
Cancer of the penis (penile cancer) is a malignant growth of cells in the tissue and/or external area of the penis. Penis cancer is a very rare disease that is generally an aggressive form of cancer that has a tendency to spread.
Prognosis following diagnosis of penis cancer
If penile cancer has been diagnosed and treated early then the 5 year survival rate is 65%, so it is important to seek medical attention quickly.
Elderly men are the most likely to suffer from this form of cancer.
Causes of penis cancer
The cause of penis cancer unknown but there is a higher incidence of penile cancer in uncircumcised men and men who do not keep the area under the foreskin clean. The presence of smegma, the cheese-like secretion under the foreskin, appears to increase the risk.
Signs symptoms of penis cancer
The most common symptom is a tender spot, wart like lump or open sore, usually painless, that originates on the tip of the penis. Pain and bleeding usually only occurs if the cancer is advanced. Penile cancer that is not treated can spread into the lymph nodes of the groin and on to other parts of the body. Malignant cells, cancer in the lymph nodes are abnormal, often painless, swellings.
Diagnosis of penis cancer
Diagnosis of penis cancer is made by the surgical removal and biopsy of the lump. This excludes other diseases such as penile warts or syphilis.
Stages of penis cancer
There are 4 stages of cancer of the penis
Stage 1 penis cancer. Malignant cells are found only on the surface of the penis
Stage 2 penis cancer. Malignant cells are found on the surface, tissues beneath the surface and in the shaft of the penis.
Stage 3 penis cancer. Malignant cells have spread to the lymph nodes in the groin.
Stage 4 penis cancer. Malignant cells have spread through the penis, lymph nodes in the groin and to other parts of the body.

It depends on where you are. In M0slem or Jewish areas, men are usually cut. In Europe they usually aren't; in the US they often are; in Australia and NZ most aren't but many are. If the operation goes wrong, which it does sometimes, they cut everything off and turn you into a transsexual “woman”. You don’t cut off your toes to avoid smelly feet, you wash them. Same with a c0ck. Circumcision will make you horny for a few months because the glans is exposed. But afterwards the feeling in the penis is greatly reduced: more than half the nerve-endings in the penis are removed in the operation. Then scar tissue forms, making the penis less sensitive. The penis rubs against your leg and pants, so loses even more sensitivity. At a later stage keratinization takes place and it becomes very difficult to reach orgasm or even keep an erection without medication. All the above are the reasons why some women say they prefer it: it makes you work harder and longer in bed to reach your orgasm until expensive medication is the only help. They are never so keen on the analogous female operation on their vagina, where smegma is also produced. There is no truth in the hygiene argument. The foreskin protects you from infections. That’s what it's there for. The purpose of circumcision is to help pay the next instalment on the surgeon's new Italian sports car and make megabucks for the makers of drugs against erectile dysfunction.

Because of the rarity of penal cancer I cannot see doing routine circumcisions. What the medical community does not mention is the side affects of a circumcision. Like 35-75 % reduction in sensitivity, it gets worse the older you get. Then loss of control, (premature ejaculation). And a 4-5 times greater risk of erectile dysfunction. And to top it off I don't think they have enough proof as to the supposed good things. There is very little if any difference in the the amount of penal disorders and diseases between here and Europe. And it is very rare for a male to be circumcised there. I really think they just want to make an extra buck off the poor little boys, and ending up messing up there sex life. It should be the penis owners decision as to whether or not he is circumcised. Anything else is a violation of his rights.

Absolutely not. Speaking from the other side of the fence (and I have several friends who aren't) there are few if any differences between the circumsized and uncircumsized male organs. The guy just has to work a little harder to keep it clean is all.
Other than that, no diff, no problems, no complications.

Hello my name is Skye,
now I'm a girl so i don't know EVERYTHING about penises but i don't recon that being uncircumcised can cause cancer if humans were born uncircumcised and have lived for thousands of years and not died out from cancer and prostate cancer without being circumcised then i think cancer if not circumcised is so wrong pls sorry bout the repetitive circumcised and uncircumcised. And i agree with Mr Unknowable its probably harder to keep it clean :/
