I want to buy a dinner set which feels light and is easy to handle. But some porcelain plates are heavy while some are light. Will a stoneware dinnerset be light?

Quality real porcelain should not feel 'heavy' until it is a large piece. Some 'porcelain' pieces are not good quality porcelain and tend to be thicker because they lack the strength. Good porcelain can be made very thin without loss of strength. They also 'ring' sweetly when tapped. Stoneware is 'heavy' and thuds when tapped.

The answer to your question is what I call "the nicotine fix"... usually this heavy head feeling happens when you have your first cigarette... this also happens regularly when you're a regular smoker and you have the first cigarette of the day. I try to imagine it like the nicotine is being pumped straight to my head and my head needs a few seconds or minutes to adjust to the delicious nicotine so it feels heavy... This heavy feeling can escalate to what I call "The Nicotine Headache" which usually happens when you smoke a lot of cigarettes in one day... It's caused by the incredible amounts of nicotine in your blood and also your body kind of goes through an intense withdrawal after smoking a bunch of cigarettes.... I'm found out that if you smoke the first cig you'll get this feeling... if you smoke too many you'll get it and also it'll escalate to a very unpleasant headache/migraine.... and smoking actually alleviates it in some cases... HEADS UP! I am not saying that smoking actually alleviates this problem! Although, it sometimes does!

Usually the heavier the porcelian, the denser, it is. In terms of the amount of small particles and the proximity in which they reside. Also, take into consideration trapped air bubbles that can form while firing. Generally, the heavier the item, relivant to it's size, is the better made item. And typically, more valuable.
