So, im a dude and my wife is fine with it. but is it bad for me to be taking my kids to hooters? my 3 year old likes it better than chuck e cheese, the waitresses give her more attention than the mouse does. but, is it wrong? we all as a family enjoy it immensly. my reason is obivious. my wife likes it cause she is seriously half lesbo, so is it wrong to take my daugthers? serious answers only!!

no no, its not about the bar setting. i dont say any racy comments at all. its just that we dont have a baby sitter and i enjoy looking at the hooters girls. since we cant go out and enjoy ourselves like a normal husband and wife, is it ok for us to go to hooters so i can see a little cleavage.... i dont do the whole racy comments / crap... im just saying? is the restaurant ok,... cause my 3 year old absolutely loves it now cause the hooters girls hoola hoop with her and give her balloons...so is it wrong?

Personally, I would not expose those kids to it. I understand that you can't get a babysitter and the girls aren't exactly giving lap dances, but it's not right. I'm in Child Care and Family Studies (not being a know it all, but I don't want to sound like I'm talking out of my ***.) and although there is not anything hugely sexual going on, it is not appropriate for young children - and especially not for older ones. 7 - 10, don't do it. The children will come to discover that something's up, and that can lead to confusion and conflict with what you as parents are teaching them. It is simply not a child appropriate place. Keep in mind that your job as parents are to guide and direct, and teach those kids, morally and otherwise, if Hooters happens to conflict with how you hope them to behave and what you teach them - you can bet there will be confusion on the kid's part.
Good luck figuring out what to do! I'm sure you'll make the decision that's best for you.

I dont see any problem with it, as long as you treat the waitresses respectfully, as to set a good example to your daughters so they know whats appropriate and whats not.. SO no racy comments or anything.

i have 2 boys,no girls, but what if these hooter girls become your daughters idol, how would you take it if your daughter, someday would work there and guys just went to look at your daughters brest, would you care?i think it is not a good idea,to put things like that in your daughters head, kids are like sponges they absorb, everything,i think you need a better place to take your children then hooters, sorry just giving my honest opinion

Yes, it is wrong. A bar setting is no place for young children.
