i just experience everything like this last week..... they lied to me and they i found out they lied to me and then they denied it all...

First, I feel crushed. Then I feel outraged. Then I feel paranoid, like if this person lied to me about this stuff, what else did they lie about, and...if it was a really close person...I start to feel VERY INSECURE about myself and wonder if I can trust anyone and if anyone really cares for me, LOL.

actually i feel horrible & that just crushed my self-esteem...(whatever was left of it)
but this just teaches me a lesson to be even mroe careful who i really listen to & to distrust others (even more)...
