No. We are three-in-one. That is Body, Spirit & Soul.
After death,
1. Body returns to Sand, where it came from.
2. Spirit returns to God, where it comes from.
3. Soul will go to Heaven or Hell as per our good/bad deeds during our life time. That will be our eternal life.
