Stock - Definition
An instrument that signifies an ownership position (called equity) in a corporation, and represents a claim on its proportional share in the corporation's assets and profits. Ownership in the company is determined by the number of shares a person owns divided by the total number of shares outstanding. For example, if a company has 1000 shares of stock outstanding and a person owns 50 of them, then he/she owns 5% of the company. Most stock also provides voting rights, which give shareholders a proportional vote in certain corporate decisions. Only a certain type of company called a corporation has stock; other types of companies such as sole proprietorships and limited partnerships do not issue stock. also called equity or equity securities or corporate stock.
Share - Definition
Certificate representing one unit of ownership in a corporation, mutual fund, or limited partnership.
In the context of a company, they usually mean the same thing. Stock is more commonly used in the US while share is more commonly used in the UK and Asia. In UK and Asia, stocks can mean merchandize inventories.

Ehm..
Penny stocks, also known as cent stocks in some countries, are common shares of small public companies that trade at low prices per share. They are notoriously risky but if you follow a special method I've learned you can earn good money at almost no risk. This is the site I use: http://pennystocks.toptips.org
I definitely recommend subscribing to this site in particular. Very good research, quality stocks. I was a bit weary of penny stocks from all the bad hype they receive but this guy is pretty legit. He's put my mind at ease with a lot of the fears I've had. I especially like that he doesn't send out announcements left and right. I've signed up for other websites that fill my in-box with one company after the other. I don't know where to even start with so many choices in front of me! Nathan sends me one idea a week and that's all I need. Working so many hours during the week leaves me with very little time when I get home to start doing tons of penny stock research. I'm always eager to see what Nathan's next suggestion is each Friday and I love having time on the weekend to do my research.
As said above if you want to make money with penny stocks you have to follow some proven methods. This one in my opinion is the best: http://pennystocks.toptips.org

This penny stock service has years of proven experience. Ultimately it is the best service for beginners to use https://tr.im/pennystocktrading
You will have to wait between 3 and 10 days to get into the system in most cases. When I signed up it took 8 days. I wished it was faster, but if you can wait a week or two to start earn life changing money than you will have what it takes to make it in this business.

A stock broker is only executing trades on behalf of his/her client. They take orders from the client, and executes them. Typically this involves placing an orders onto a stock exchange to be filled. They may also be involved with calling potential clients and keeping current clients updated on their accounts. A proprietary trader works at a firm, and trades with that firm's money. They are trading at their own discretion, and are usually paid in proportion to the amount of money they make for the firm. There's no client to deal with, just purely take the firm's money, trade with it for profit, and that's it. A trader is a very broad term, but typically it's used in a setting where the trader enters orders on behalf of the firm. They are not taking direct orders from a client, and also not trading all on his own. He will take what others have decided (eg. a portfolio manager wishes to acquire 100,000 shares of XYZ), and will try to acquire those shares at a decent price by watching the markets over the period of time and entering those trades as he sees an opportunity. He is more of a "data entry" kind of role for someone else who is making the investment decisions.

STOCKs and Shares are the same thing.
Typically you might say, I own stock in company ABC, I have 1000 shares.
You are telling the person that you are a part owner/stockholder/shareowner---all the same thing.
