My daughter's names start with the same letter. And if I had twins...I might give them rhyming names. Nothing too cheesy.

I know a some people who whole family names start with the same letter. My husband and his brother Micheal and Mark, his brothers children Joshua and Jason.

I think name you children, twins or not, rhyming names is dumb.

You can have names with the same letter, that are total different people
Joel, Jaiden, Jon, Jasper, Jenna, Julia, Jaelyn, Jolie, Jackson
You see, they are not the same
I would not name the
Joel, Joseph, Jolie and Johannah, to confusing

You can pick a lettle like z
Boys: Zeke, Zachary, Zayne, Zayden
Girl: Zayley, Zola, Zoey, Zara, Zelda

Name your child what you want. Just because I think naming children the same letter is cute, or name childing with rhyming names are dumb, does not make it true for you
Good luck
Congatulations

I have two children, and their names start with different letters but their nicknames do rhyme. We are expecting our third, and her name also begins with a different letter but her nickname is similar to her siblings (though it does not rhyme).

My husband is named Randal Allen. His brothers were/are Robert Allen, Richard Allen, and Raymond Allen. Our son is named after his father, and our pick for a boy name had the daughter we are currently expecting been a boy was Russel Allen (to continue family tradition).

Some of the names on our list for future children do have the same letters. We do not personally seek that when naming our children, we simply look for names we like and that is coincidence.

If I had twins, I would do the same thing-name them what I liked, whether they were similar or not. I would not purposefully "match" their names.

To each their own as far as naming...I could make all sorts of stipulations on what I do not think is appropriate but I only worry about naming my own children.

No, they all start with different letters. But they DO all have a YL in their names. The Y was on purpose (I don't know why - I just like it I guess), but the L following was a complete coincedence. I wouldn't name twins with rhyming names, that would be too hard. It's hard enough keeping their names straight when you're stressed out.

i only have one kid his name is Scott i have though about Seth for our next child if it is a boy but would only do it if i could come up with another boy s name and a girl s name and we don't agree. so no my children will not have the same letter. if i had a boy and girl twins i might name them starting with the same letter but not rhyming. and of the same gender i would give them very different names maybe names that meant the same thing but were still different.

Dear god, I don't know why people think that's so cute... all the kids (or worse, the whole family) having names that all start with the same letter. I put it on the same level as rhyming names.... STUPID. When I first met my husband, I thought maybe I wanted him to call me something other than my real name since we both have "K" sounding names. The last thing I'm going to do is name my kid with yet another "K" type name....

Do people out there really think the Duggar family is cute... 17 kids and they all have the same letter name? Gag me.

I wouldn't use rhyming names - that always sounds a bit silly. Using the same letter is usually nice.

My girls don't have names that start with the same letter but unintentionally they do have two things in common. They both contain an odd use of the letter y and the both end in na. I have a Jena Katelyn and Reyna Marie. As for twins I would give completely different names. They will be compared enough as it is.

No, two of them do but not because I was thinking of them all being named the same. I believe twins should start off life being diffrent including names people always want them to be the same but they are not they have their each unique personalities so why name them the same or rhymne their name. Start them out as individuals.
