ok,
1) my angels are the black and white kind not the big colourful ones
2)they are about 5cm round and my molly is about 5-6 cm long, my catfish are longer but they are on their rock all the time so that doesnt matter.
3) i have live plant in it and a fake one too, aswell as nice rock for catfish to hide, so they are perfectly happy in their tank now.
4)the tank is not over crowded now, and i am just asking if i could put another molly in
5) So that 3rd answerer is wrong, sorry

No, The measurments you gave is really small a 25cm square that is 40cm high is more like a betta tank 2-5gallons.
And is over crowded already.
The angel fish needs alot more room like around 10-20gallons each and the bristlenose pleco grows 7inches and the molly 3inches.
The pleco needs atleast 25-30gallons each they need room to swim in.
The molly needs atleast 5gallons even if they are 3inches they need more for active swimming.
And the 1inch per gallon is BS or not a oscar can go in a 10gallon tank but needs a minimum of 55gallons!!!
kribsandcons is correct the angel fish needs alot of room for swimming and they grow atleast 6inches and needs 10-20gallons each minimum.

Your fish may be small, but they will get much larger. By then, this tank will be overstocked with the fish you already have. The dimensions of your tank make it around 25 liters (6.6 gallons): http://www.aquaticcommunity.com/converter/volume-calculator.php
The angels will grow to be about 20 cm (8 inches) each, and the bristlenose will get to be around 12-13 cm (5 inches). For just the angels when these are full grown, you should have a tank over 100 liters. I'm sure your fish are small right now, and it may look like you have plenty of room, but as the fish grow, they will be producing more wastes, with nowhere for it to go. The filter may remove solid particles, but the part of the wastes that's most harmful to the fish is ammonia, and nitrite, and these are dissolved in the water, so the filter can't remove them. If you're doing partial water changes of around 25% now, as the fish grow, you'll need to be doing changes two or three times a week to keep the level of wastes down to a point where your fish aren't poisoned by them. It's not fair to the present fish, or a new one, to add another fish and produce even more wastes. And as the angels grow, they will become more territorial, and chase fish away from "their" area of the tank. The more fish you have, the less space any other fish will be allowed.
I'm sure you like your fish, and the best thing you can do for them is to give them a home where they can all be comfortable. In time, this will mean you'll need a larger tank.

Has your tank had time to finish a complete cycling? This can take up to 6 weeks. If not, you will overload your tanks chemistry and lose all of your fish.
If you have, you can add a fish or two at a time, but remember not to overstock, go slow and1 inch per gallon of fish should be okay. The tank needs the time to give the good bacteria enough time to adapt to the extra waste.

That tank is way overstocked. If you love your fish don't get another molly, it's just too much bioload for a small tank as such. Get a bigger tank and then maybe later on you can add more fish. You'd need at least 20 gallons for the pair of angels that you have.
(The inch per gallon rule is inacurate. 1 inch of goldfish is much bigger than 1 inch of neon tetra!)

The general rule to the number of fish you can have in a tank is for every 1in of fish you need one gallon of water. So if you have 1 fish that is only 1in long than you only need 1 gal but if you have 10 fish that are 1 in long you need 10 gallons of water. So geusstimate how long your fish are and add up the total then compare to number of gallons. If the number of gallons is higher than you can probably get more fish.

thats depend on how big is your current fish are!
Normal situation for fish in this size of tank u can lot of fish in small size.
aquarium fishes are usually small in sizes and i think u can put another 10 in but make sure u have life plant in there.
and also make sure they have ample space to move ard.
if really unsure i suggest u check with the fish shop for more detail before purchase.

I think the standard for a fish tank is one inch of fish for one gallon of water. It sounds like you might have too many fishes. Depends on their sizes though.
