I couldn't help but laugh when I first saw them advertised on TV. It sounded so ridiculous. Yet, many people think they're a phenomenal cure-all for all sorts of ailments. Then, some say they're just a huge scam, and can even be harmful. (http://www.quackwatch.org/01QuackeryRelatedTopics/gastro.html has an article about this) Still, the promise of weight loss and extra energy is always tempting. Has anyone here ever tried one? What kind of results did you have, was it what you expected? How much did you pay? TY for any info.
