The easy way is to get a DNA done. But if the mother doesn't agree then your husband will have to go through the courts. Which could work out expensive.
The big question is does your husband want to find out about this or is it you that is doing all the pushing. if its you then this could cause a problem in your marriage. Your husbands past is his past so let him deal with it

He should get a lawyer and find out the legal implications and requirements and the lawyer can help to request that a DNA test be performed.

DNA testing. (Keep in mind though that if you do this she could come back and try to get child support from him. Just a thought)

yes, a dna test is the only way & it has to be with the mothers permission. your husband sounds like a decent bloke..wanting to be part of the child's life...good for him if it is his baby! he is also lucky to have you 100% behind him..good luck!

Get a DNA test. He can have a court order it even if she refuses, and can apply for custody/visitation rights.

theres this thing called paternity test. If for whatever reason she applies for child support your husband can request for the test before she gets anything, he can request for it anytime, if he cares to know.
