I just entered some information about Hong Kong--if it were separate or part of China--in regards to a postage question, and got either a Security Warning error 99 or 999. All I included in my answer were notes I'd taken from a website. What did I do wrong??

If source of information was a website then you have not committed any error.

Well China has some *tight* security issues. There's some extreme censoring going on over there.
It's entirely possible that the government does not want certain information about China to be put on the web and has some sort of contract or something with Yahoo to block out unwanted publicity.
