I have a young young girl...who believes that I'm the only one who cares for her....She is not happy....as in, gun to head not happy...she said that one thing that would make her happy is to go on a date with me...and that she would change just for me....but I know that I can't have a relationship with her...or I risk losing my life for hers....What should I do...I'm so scared right now...

i would talk to her parents. I mean you can't go out with her and expect that every thing would be ok. I believe that it's going to take more than a date to save her life. It's going to take the Love of Christ & a great support system. You can be part of the support system you can't be the support system you get what I'm saying. That's to much pressure on you.

Go to her parent(s) and explain the situation to them. She needs someone to keep an eye on her and to be aware of the situation. It obviously can't be you. If her welfare is at stake, let people who have control(?) over her know as soon as possible. Possibly even counselors at her school. Even though she will be very angry at you, better have her mad and alive and well, then otherwise. Sounds serious. Saying prayers right now.

If she chooses to take her life that's her choice. She is in dire need of psychiatric care...a locked unit where she is safe. No one can fix another person by loving them.she has far deeper problems that extend beyond you.
