I think the less superstition we have the better. The more reality-based we are the better. Much of parapsychology is not reality based. Therefore we can do without those parts.

I get what your saying - - Yes, I believe that more people are becoming aware of their abilities, they are experiencing much more paranormal activity, and other such unexplainable events. Either people are finally waking up and using their inner soul, or people are more accepting to these experiences and freely discuss their experiences.
I myself have experienced many unexplainable events in my life. It usually takes one having a personal experience in order for one to actually believe.
I believe people are more open to the mysteries of this world and beyond.
