No he is no ice king he either doesnt really care about you and the kids or I truly believe he is like a lot of other macho acting men who was raised to believe that if aman cries it shows a sign of weakness I have known a lot of these big bad boys over the years and the real truth is they put on a good he man act but down inside they are sad they hurt but to darn stubborn to show emotion.Ispent a lot of years in the military and worked in corrections for a while everone thoughr I was a tough guy even I use to believe this, let me tell you this I have been hurt and sad on many occasions but I learned to let my emotions loose once in awhile and it often makes me feel better and see things in a differant light, yes IM a man and I have sat down and cried over family matters, lifes ups and downs and IM not ashamed to admit it.Hopefully your husband will soften up a bit as he gets older, but I can almost be sure that he wishes he could let his emotions out, GOOD luck and hang in their.

Men do cry when something touches thier heart. These men had good mothers that allowed them and showed them how to be human.. It is not a fault it is a blessing to know they feel with thier heart and not thier donkey dic...This type of man will honor his life and leave behind a bond with those he loves. The Ice King is good for a while. It shows strengh but sometimes letting go gives you a whole new perspective on what is REAL...........

Actually guys dont cry because all of our lifes we've been taught to be tough and not to cry. We think women will think we're weak if we cry infront of them. Honestly i haven't cried in years i mean i have shed tears when my fellow Marines and Soldiers died in combat but other than that nothing.

Crying is a physical response. I doubt highly that it has anything to do with him being cold hearted, just the same way some people can't fold their tongues or roll their 'r's, it's just who he is. I can understand your wanting for him to ache for you in a way that you as a woman understand, but just because you can't see it, doesn't mean his heart didn't break when you left. Accept it and love it.

Many men have been taught from the time they were little boys that it isnt manly to cry--its not that they dont have emotions but they surpress them.Women find it much easier because we already have the "emotional label".

the only time my 'steffen' was crying is when i threatened divorce on his ***. that was yrs ago.
i think its in their genes and what thier mom did to them NOT to show any emotion, good or bad., for fear of neglect,a nd its going to take a good many yrs for them to get itout of their head that we won't treat them any way their mom did. OR it will take a few THOUSAND miles, hehehe.

he does care but 7 years is a long time and they probably feel comfortable around you. how long did you leave for? if it was just a while than he's not gonna cry. was there something suspicious that you felt... mostly ur guts feelings are right but people choose not to listen to it.

men cry but they don't show us because if they did they would think we thought they were weak. My husband cried when our son was born and sometimes men just don't cry because they deal with htings differently. Everybody is different.

You married a man who isn't prone to crying. Didn't you KNOW this before you got married? What are you expecting? You CHOSE to marry the man as he is...he doesn't cry
