I can't think of one. Maybe use Scarlett as a middle name? Or use her middle name as her nickname.

i dont think scarlett needs a nickname, its super pretty by itself. my name is lauren and if i wanted, i could have people call me laura as a nickname, but i like my name and dont want to be called laura. if ur naming ur daughter scarlett, she might feel the same as me. im 17.
