ppl who ask for star doesn't get any in return because their question is just not meaningful or inspirational. that's what stars are orginally used for. poeple are starting to abuse the use of stars. they are stupid.

Hate to break it to you, but when I ask for stars, everyone who answers gives me a star.
You've got to threaten people a bit. Come across as mean and scary.

that's a organic reaction. once you fall over your no longer likely to stand there and watch them devoid of asserting a word. And as for the what you finding at, i assume human beings do no longer opt for to be stared at for no obvious reason.
