Alright so let say i already know where the sweet spot of the clutch is... So this is what i should be doing... Holding the clutch and brakes, turn the car on, shift to first, then just go straight to the sweet spot , not going slowly to it, but rather rapid correct? and from there i just give it any gas i want till it's moving and then let the clutch out..??

not too much gas. the higher you rev your engine the faster the gears are spinning, and with the clutch half way in or so, they just grind together. you want to release the clutch as fast and as smoothly as possible.

Using a clutch / manual transmission in first gear from a dead stop is a balance between letting out the clutch quickly enough to establish grip, but not letting it out too slowly, which will heat up the clutch material and pressure plates.

Your clutch is very similar to, but opposite from your front disc brakes. When you use your brakes, you of course, don't want to slam them on at the last second to come to a stop, or do the opposite... drag them along for 1/2 block before slowly coming to a stop.

It's a balance with the clutch. As you get the feel of using it, you'll realize to let out the clutch at just the right rate to smoothly start accelleration without jerking the car, while giving just the right amount of gas, depending on how fast you want to accellerate.

The majority of wear on a clutch happens with first gear, until the clutch has worn out to the point that it cannot maintain grab in higher gears. When that starts to happen it will deteriorate faster and faster.

You don't need to touch the brakes starting the car - the handbrake should be on! Put it into first before starting the engine, drop the clutch, turn the key and take off the handbreak and press the accelerator as you release the clutch and away you go! The car will not move until the clutch is out and riding the clutch is not good - you will wear out the clutch plate.

Yes do that if you want a really unsmooth ride. Do it slowly if you want a smoother ride. Don't push the accelerator all the way down while your foot is still on the clutch because this will burn out the clutch. With practice, you will get it down.

before you bring the clutch out to friction point or "the sweet spot" you should put some presure on the accelerator about 1400 rpm on a flat surface then bring the clutch out to friction point otherwise the car will just stall.

you want to let the clutch out smoothly, especially from a standing start. otherwise you will kill the engine.
