broke up with someone and not knowing the reason why you ended it? then after you felt like you shouldnt have ended it and felt guilty and sad?
howd you deal with it?

Yes, the guilty and sad feeling is compassion for the guy mixed with a bit of worry if you will find THE one for you.
The gut feeling that caused me to end it also let me know that it was the right thing to do. It could have gone on longer, but then he would have been more hurt. In my heart I knew that the real spark of feeling romantically connected to him just wasn't there.

You always know the reason. It is bullsh*t to say you don't know why you broke up. The reason may have been wrong so the guilt, but there is always a reason.

no when i broke up with someone i had a good reason.. but you could tell them it was a mistake or just deal with it
