it was so beautiful to see long flowing hair and dresses on a woman. very lady like and elegant. wouln't it be nice for all teh skin to show i nthe bedroom only! wouldn't marriages be better off

OK - go ahead and dress in those clothes - they weigh almost as much as you do, with several thick non-breathing layers - do this all day in 100 degree heat - - then go buy yourself a thick wig and wear that too - - there is a REASON women do not dress this way anymore - BUT, I DO agree some "women" do dress WAY to skimpy - maybe something in between would be nice - as for making marriages better, that takes two INTELLIGENT dedicated people - clothes have nothing to do with it.

Yes- especially plus size clothes- the designers have plunging neck lines, sleeveless arms. What happened to clothes that fit and covered more then a bikini?

I agree with you.
My daughter is almost 16. Once in a while she wears her hair down and a long dress. I am so proud of her she is so beautiful.
EDIT anyone who thinks THAT's why I love my daughter buzz off. She is a wonderful smart girl and my wife and I are proud of how we've raised her.

i think dresses like in scarlet ohara's day would be beautiful but unpractical, however i think a women can be more attractive in dressy clothes that cover and leave something to the imagination

yeah and HOW ABOUT THIS! chauvinistic guys ruling the world! WITH CORSETS! AND RACISM.
the outfits are great only during ren fests. the rest of the time i just want a bras, some shorts, a shirt and a pair of ballet flats.

do you want to go back to the victorian era? me, i don't want to. i want the freedom i'm experiencing right now. i want to decide for myself, to know i have rights as well as the next guy. and i prefer to wear jeans and shirts.
