Maybe she has a different perspective on life now. Some people have done things in the past they're not proud of. Madonna is no exception and she is only human afterall.

I think it is because she is a Mother now. She is more mature than she used to be and she doesn't want her children to see her in a "bad light." She is a big star and Im sure things like that are hard to keep from her childrens eyes when it is posted all over the media.
