Fear, definitely, because if you loose the ability to feel pain, you won't be able to tell when you're hurt or sick. The bottom of your paints could catch on fire and by the time you'd notice your foot would be charcoal.

I'd rather lose the ability to feel fear cause I have had bad panic attacks and there is no worse feeling then fear and I am so use to being in physical pain after 2 surgeries in 3 months and migraines.

I would rather lost the ability to feel fear- it holds me back much more than pain does. I have had arthritis for about 15 years, compressed discs that press on nerves in my neck and have give birth naturally 3 times........for a few examples of physical pain I live with and have overcome. Fear is much more pervasive and crippling.

I'd rather lose fear. I saw something about not being able to feel pain and it's really dangerous. You can get a cut, not know it's there and end up with bad infections. You wouldn't know you've been in the sun too long- that's all just too scary.

I would say pain. Pain can take the joy out of life if it is bad enough. I guess fear can also.
