I experimented with putting some frozen fajita vegies in a oven proof skillet, topped with fresh mushrooms, tomato wedges, and peeled shrimp and spicy seasoning. Ran it all under the broiler until the shrimp was pink and firm. Then it was scooped on warm flour tortillas with grated cheddar, fresh cilantro, and avocados wedges. Oh my gosh, healthy, one dish, and I'm not a cook!

I just ate McDonalds for a midnight snack I guess, even though that's not so healthy...But for dinner I had Little Ceasers pizza..Yummy!

I went to the farmers market and bought green beans, cooked them last night , then sauteed them in butter and ate a great big bowl, that was it.
