I am a die-hard Godsmack fan, and they have had better sales. To me Disturbed's best songs are Land of Confusion, which is a cover, and 10,000 Fists in the air. So I'll go with Godsmack.

godsmack rocks all the way. seen them live. great performance. love the voice of sully. makes me want to break stuff. disturbed rocks also but godsmack all the way. good question.

I think that Godsmack has the best songs, but Disturbed has more very good songs. Perhaps my favorite at the moment is "Dehumanized", which is only on a compliation Live CD with other bands. Sorry, but I think "Land of Confusion" isn't much different from the original, and thus not really their work (and I am not a Phil Collins fan). I have no problem with your choice of Godsmack, but I suggest you listen to another half-dozen Disturbed songs from the earlier CDs and just keep doing the best you can.

I'm a big fan of rock. I would have to say that Godsmack is better. I don't know why but I don't like the way the lead singer of Disturbed sounds. I choose Godsmack because it was one of the first bands I ever liked when I was younger. Plus some of their songs are pretty kick-@$$

Godsmack has some good music, but I think people recognize Disturbed songs more often, and people tend to like songs more when they know who and what they are listening to. So I'd have to go with Disturbed, sorry

I prefer Disturbed over Godsmack's songs because the sounds they use in their songs sounds better than Godsmack's, as well as the lyrics.

I'd have to say Disturbed, even tho I've met Sully from Godsmack a few times here in Mass.

i really like Disturbed's remake of land of confusion also...Godsmack is alright too but i think id have to go with disturbed
