use winzip,7-zip

You need a zip file program, like Winzip to be able to open the files. If you have XP, it should have program to open them. Try the help files.

Winrar is a good option with an antivirus scanning utility etc. but I would recommend downloading it from download.com so that you don't pick up any viruses on the way (download.com).

Winzip is the most popular option and has a five star rating from CNET editors. You can get it from: http://www.download.com/3000-2250-10003164.html

Winrar is good but it's for money.
Alternative (un)archivers are 7-zip, TUGZip, etc. - there are lots of free software of this class.

From seek effects perfect click on the document and choose "open containing folder". are you able to work out it? In that explorer window pass to "methods/Folder techniques/View" choose "tutor hidden ..." Uncheck "disguise extensions..." and "disguise secure..." ok it are you able to work out it now?
