I play tin whistle and some Irish mandolin. Not very hockey oriented or masculine I know. Just something my grandpa showed me. Have to carry on traditions.....

BTW- I dont care if anyone give you a load about posting these kinda things, hockey is off right now and I appreciate the variance. Most of these questions I am so sick of answering for the fourth time.

I love to read and knit, I watch a few animes, and I'm in a D&D 3.5 game once a week. I sing, I volunteer with whoever needs me, and I play the drums. I study linguistics and I collect pins from the places and events I go to.

...and I just realized how weird all that makes me sound. Oh well, I guess I'm nothing if not eclectic. Go Sabres!

You'd think after 8 hours a day working on them I'd find a different thing to do with my spare time but I'm an out and out computer geek. I'd rather spend time in front of my cpu than just about anything else. I also play baseball and volleyball to get my exercise.

- Reading
- Writing (Mostly poetry.)
- Art
- Music (I love to sing, listen to music, and I went to a handful of concerts last year... Ahh, I've been too busy/broke to go to any recently.)
- Shopping (Even window shopping. I have a... thing for shoes though.)
- Video games (Not that often, but I'm pretty adept at the 'sticks, son. Hehe.)
- Watching movies (Especially horror ones!)

I watch hockey... used to play some years ago. I also collect coins, read Dean Koontz novels, listen to rock and jazz, play tenor sax, follow baseball and football also.

Watching hockey and playing hockey come to mind first. After that, video games are cool, especially.... yep, you guessed it--hockey ones.

I think that's interesting, too. As for me, my interests away from the game include woodworking, computer repair, jazz music and currently I'm teaching myself to play piano.
