Is Mike Tuomi Good enough to play in the NHL?

He wasn't a very good player in the OHL, and I don't think anyone gave serious consideration to drafting him. He had decent numbers last year in the SPHL, but that's a long, long way from the NHL. Guys who do well in that league are generally minor league lifers.

I'd never say never, but the odds of anyone making it from the equivalent of an A or AA hockey league are pretty minimal.
