1) when you are doing your front handspring, push with your hands really hard on the ground on try to land your feet really close to where your hands were.

2) just like the handspring, land your feet really close to your hands

3) start off by having one foot slightly in front of the other. next, reach forward with your hands and start to bring the back foot in the air. after that, put your hands on the ground and push off using your foot that was in front before. kick as hard as you can to come over, then land your first foot close.

1) If you feel comfortable to wear underwear underneath your leo its okay, just make sure you wear shorts jsut in case your underwear pops out. im telling you, it looks really bad!:P 2) I'd say no youre not! I was learning my backhandspring at 11 so its not too late. good luck! 3)Back handspring on the spot means you can do it anywhere anytime. There isn't really a big difference. They're the same thing, just when you can do a back hand spring on the spot, you can do it whenever you want. 4)Well depends. In my gym, gymnastics camp is refered to when you go for march break or summer break, and you do gymnastics for the whole day. Although sometimes you do other things like play other games and stuff, but usually you do alot of gymnastics. And just gymnastics is when you do certain numbers of hours of traning a week. Hope this helps! Good luck with that back hand spring!
