Yes that is the idea but I don't think it works in a 30 car pile up on the freeway in the middle of a fog bank.

lol. those signs make me want to just run into the car cause they go really slow on the highway and take forever to decide what they want at taco bell. also i hate those like little kid stickers like one sticker for every kid and there dog and their uncle. i really dont care they just make me kinda annoyed.

i have always wonderd that
i think its to make people even more cautious
and if people constintly see them then maybe they will start to always drive more respoisibly and less recklessly becuz htey will always remmember that there are young lives out there that there dangerious driving can kill

Supposedly so...Some people are more cautious when they see those signs and aren't such violent drivers. I think its cute! =D
